Exchange Policy

 

SIZE ISSUE & DAMAGE
Exchange requests for sizing issues and manufacturing damages will be accepted within 7 Days of receiving the order.
You can place an exchange request for the same order if you are looking for an exchanged size or in case of a manufacturing default.

PROCESS

  • Fill up the exchange & return form mentioning the reason and the alternate size required.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Please ensure you put the items back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way it was delivered. We will not accept garments that are stained, damaged or have been soiled in anyway.

  • A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 working days.

  • The shipping charges for the first exchanged product will be borne by us, after which shipping charges would be applicable. 

  • In case of a size exchange, our team ships the new size(s) in parallel.

SECOND EXCHANGE COMES AT A COST

  • Second exchanges for the same order will not be free. We give you 2 options:

  • You can ship the product on your behalf or have it physically dropped off at our warehouse

  • We have it picked up for a Flat fee of Rs. 150. Our team will send you a link to make the payment. The pickup will only be scheduled after payment has been completed.

Return Policy

Your money is yours! We have no questions asked return policy.

  • lease go to the ‘Order History’ section in your Profile and from order details you can raise a request for return.P

  • A pick-up will be arranged by us, please hand over the product (in its original condition with tags) to the courier person.

  • Once we receive the product we will immediately issue you a store credit which can be used for any further purchase.
